Certificate in Personal, Teamwork & Community Skills The Certificate in Personal, Teamwork and Community Skills programme is a ten week course aimed at inspiring young people to participate in activities that will both challenge and inspire them. The course has been designed so that students will simultaneously develop their self confidence, team building skills and social awareness whilst learning the skills needed to work within either the adventurous activities or land-based sectors. The hands-on approach to this programme allows students to explore different career opportunities in a relaxed friendly atmosphere utilising the unique challenges that the South West countryside and waterways have to offer. Students attending this programme may cover: Adventurous Activities Outdoor survival techniques, orienteering, questing, problem solving, moor land walking & rescue, canoeing, climbing, pioneering, emergency first aid and basic health & safety. Landbased Activities Tractor Driving, ATV Driving, 4X4 Off-Roading, Animal Care, Conservation Activities.
