TST - Transferable Skills Training TST delivers "high quality training and education to the land-based sectors". TST prides itself on providing a wide range of both full and part term courses of the highest standard in a professional, yet relaxed learning environment. Our key aim is to provide qualifications that meet the needs of both the individual student and the industry within which they work or hope to gain employment. TST has a wide range of qualifications designed to meet different interests and learning abilities its unique approach to learning allows students to learn at their own rate. Individual Learning Plans target the specific skills required by each trainee to gain employment. TST also offers work experience programmes for 14 -16 year olds who wish to gain a greater understanding of the career opportunities available within the landbased sectors. This can be done on either an individual basis or as a discrete group.
